Demat'Collect mail

Demat'Collect is the possibility of receiving directly in your accounts the invoices that your customers receive by email.

To set it up, either your customer communicates the dedicated email adress to his supplier, or he trensfers the received email to this same email adress.

Double flow whatever your editor

You can set up a double flow to have a copy of the scanned document at another deposit location.

As a Premium pack user, all you have to do is to import files of external operators from "My files". Once imported you can set up the secondary workflow.

Demat'Collect whatever your editor

You can activate Demat'Collect mail for all your files regardless of your editor.

As a Premium pack user, all you have to do is to import the files of external operators from "My files". Once imported you have access to this feature.

Demat'Box it's also ...

Demat'Go

Demat'Go is a mobile version of the Demat'Box. Your customers can send their invoices to your account even when they are on the move.

Connect'Access or the virtual Demat'Box

Remember that you can activate Demat'Go and Demat'Collect mail options for your customers who do not have a Demat'Box.
